It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are not the principal assailants and had no involvement in the alleged offence.

The State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the post-mortem report of the deceased as well as the statement of the deceased.

It appears that incriminating material has transpired against the petitioners during investigation prima facie suggesting their involvement in the alleged crime.

Considering the gravity of the offence, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

C.R.M. 11235 of 2020 is disposed of.
