For the petitioners Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence a single application has been filed challenging three different proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act. He submits that the petitioners would like to withdraw the present application and file appropriate applications on the selfsame grounds. On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
