The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for setting aside of the order dated 17.07.2020 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas in Special Case 06 of 2020 arising out of Baruipur G.R.P Case No.3 of 2020 dated 19.01.2020 under Section 376AB of the IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, whereby the prayer of the accused for discharge as per provisions of Section 227 of the Cr.P.C was allowed.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
