Seven writ petitioners, having executed different works awarded by the Block Development Officer, Murshidabad, under different contracts, are seeking to ventilate their separate grievances regarding monetary claim of alleged admitted amounts after execution of the works. Each of the petitioner has an independent and separate cause of action arising out of separate contracts regarding execution of different works cannot be joined together in one writ petition to seek redressal of their independent claims.

In the facts and circumstances as aforesaid, on the prayer of the writ petitioners, leave is granted to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file separate writ petitions by the seven

writ petitioners in respect of their individual, independent cause of action, if any.
