Learned counsel appearing for the State respondents files a compliance report which indicates that the Authority has disposed of the application of the petitioners praying for grant of sanction in respect of long term settlement of the plots in question in favour of the petitioners upon hearing the petitioners, by an order dated 24th January, 2022.

Nothing further remains for consideration in this writ petition.

In view of the same, the writ petition has become redundant and as such W.P.A. 11837 of 2020 is disposed of.

It is made clear that that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the writ petition is disposed of only on the ground of its being redundant.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
