The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of proceeding being G.R case No.687 of 2020 now pending adjudication before the learned 12th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta arising out of Bowbazar Police Station Case No.220 of dated 10th July, under Sections 342/323/324/509/114 of the IPC and the order dated 28th September, passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Calcutta thereby taking cognizance of the charge sheet filed by the investigating authority. Learned counsel for the State is present.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
