CAN 1 of 2025 is an application for recalling of the order of dismissal dated 18th November, 2025 whereby and whereunder WPCT 74 of 2020 was dismissed for default.

We have heard the learned advocates for the parties at length.

We have also considered the materials as placed before us in the instant interlocutory application. We are satisfied that the present writ petitioner is successful in justifying its absence through its learned counsel on 18th

November, 2025 when the writ petition was called for hearing.

In view of such, prayer is allowed.

Consequentially, the order dated 18th November, 2025 as passed in the main writ petition is hereby recalled. Consequentially, WPCT 74 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number.

With the aforementioned observation, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Let the petition, being WPCT 74 of 2020, be listed in the second week of April 2026 under the heading "Motion". Liberty to mention.
