After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, I find that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 3rd August, 2020 within a period of four weeks from date after affording the parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing.

The respondent no.3 shall dispose of the representation by a reasoned order and shall communicate such reasoned order to the parties within a period of seven days from the date of passing such order. The respondent no.3 shall decide the representation without being influenced in any manner by the instant order since I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
