When the writ petition is taken up for hearing Mr.

Bhattacharya, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that for proper adjudication of this matter relating to appointment of the writ petitioner on compassionate ground upon setting aside the Memo date 24th February, 2020 passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), South 24 Parganas challenged needs to be thrown to G.O. No. 697-ES/S/IS/08 dated 9th July, 2009 which inadvertently has not been done in the present writ petition. Writ petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Such prayer is not seriously opposed by Mr. Dhole, learned advocate representing the State respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better

particulars.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
