Upadhyay Mr. Debanjan Saha ..... for the petitioner Mr. Avinash Kankani ....for the UOI Learned counsel appearing for the ROC submits that the writ petition has become infructuous since the disqualification of the DIN of the petitioner was till 31st October, 2022. The disqualification was under Sections 164 read with Section 167 of the Companies Act, 2013. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is represented.
The learned advocate for the respondents submits that the process of activation of the DIN has commenced.
Since the process of activation has been commenced as of 31st October, 2022, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.
It may be noted that only prayer in the writ petition is for writ of mandamus on the respondents to quash the disqualification of the petitioner under the provisions mentioned above.
WPA 11853 of 2020 is disposed of as having become infructuous.
Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.
