By order dated 5th June, 2020 the Col Addl Offr for MG-ic-Adm considered the petitioner's application for appointment in a suitable civilian post on compassionate grounds. He was asked to apply afresh again in 2021 after the COVID-19 situation normalises. This Court is of the view that the writ petition is pre-mature. The petitioner shall avail the opportunity given in the said order and wait for reply of the respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
