Case No.324 of 2019 disposing of the petition for interim maintenance.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relevant order before the trial court is dated 2.4.2020, 9.7.2020, 27.07.2020 wherein a date was fixed by putting up the record without intimating the opposite party petitioner herein.

Being aggrieved by the said order the present revision has been preferred. The contention as to the income of the husband/petitioner is different in respect of both the parties. Accordingly, considering the nature of dispute regarding the quantum of maintenance and the other factors relating to the grant of maintenance the parties before this court are directed to file their affidavit of assets and liabilities before the trial court and the learned Magistrate by taking into consideration the affidavits filed by the parties and adducing relevant evidence while disposing of the Misc. Case as

expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of this order.

The criminal revision being CRR 1933 of 2020 is accordingly stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
