The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of proceeding arising out of Sonarpur P.S Case No.773 of 2020 dated 25.09.2020 lodged for investigation of alleged offences, allegedly committed under Sections 498A/406 of the IPC giving rise to GR Case No.5434 of 2020 pending before the learned ACJM, Baruipur, 24 Parganas(South).

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
