The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for an order directing opposite party no.1, Investigating Officer, Murarai Police Station proceeding being FIR No.155/19 dated 10.09.2019 under Section 66A of Information Technology Act, 2000, under Sections 504/506 of IPC, to complete the investigation by framing a stipulated period of time, pending before the Murarai Police Station.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
