For the State All six petitioners are members of a family who appear to have a long-standing dispute with the de facto complainant, who is a neighbour of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute is in relation to land and that the petitioners have been falsely framed. On considering the report of injury of the Tehatta hospital, which clearly indicates that the nature of injury is "simple", we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. We, accordingly, direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties each of like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. All six petitioners shall be individually subject to the conditions laid down under Section

438(2) of The Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioners shall also report before the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate any persons in the locality.
