In Re: C.P.A.N. 604 of 2021 Mr.

Tapan Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the alleged contemnors and submits that the order dated February 05, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.A 11881 of 2020 has been complied with and in support of his such submission he files copy of the letter of Special Law Officer and Ex-officio Deputy Secretary(Law) dated December 05, 2022 addressed to the petitioner no. 1, let the said letter be kept with the record.

Mr. Hossain does not dispute the said position. In view of the aforesaid the contempt application being C.P.A.N. 604 of 2021 is disposed of recording compliance of the aforesaid order dated December 05, 2022.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
