For the State The dispute appears to be between two families where charges and counter-charges have been levelled by one family against the other. The petitioners before us are the two sons of the petitioner no.3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had lodged a First Information Report against the de facto complainant prior to the present complaint being lodged against the petitioners.

Upon considering the materials on record, we find that the nature of injury has been categorised as "simple" injury. On the basis of the above, we are accordingly inclined to allow the application for anticipatory bail.

We accordingly order that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount

each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners will be subjected to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of The Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioners will cooperate in the investigation as and when required and will not engage in any act of intimidating witnesses.
