The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of proceeding being GR Case No.1622/2018 pending before the learned 16th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta arising out of Burrabazar Police Station Case No.360/2018 dated 17.11.2018 under Sections 420/120B/467/468/471/511 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
