Accordingly, he prays that the contempt rule be discharged and this contempt application be disposed of. Mr. Shamim Ul Bari, same learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner agrees to the submission made on behalf of the alleged contemnor. In the light of the above, the Authorities are directed to be act in accordance with law on the transfer application made by Mr. Bari's client as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt rule is discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of all necessary formalities.
