The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents are continuing to interfere with the possession of the writ petitioner. It is submitted that a civil suit being T. S. No. 1478 of 2019 is pending between the parties before the learned Fourth Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Howrah.

Having considered the report of the Inspector-inCharge, Domjur Police Station, Howrah, this Court is of the view that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. Proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have also been drawn up by the Domjur Police Station and the parties have been advised to maintain peace.

It is ordered that the petitioner as well as the private respondents shall maintain absolute peace and

order in the said locale. The civil dispute may be agitated in the pending civil court or other forum. The Inspector-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station shall continue to maintain vigil at the said premises. The report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station dated 18.02.2021 is taken on record. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
