Heard both the parties. Grievance of the petitioner in short in this writ petition is that its reply dated 28th October, 2020 to the show-cause notice dated 28th August, 2020 has not been disposed of till date.

Mr. Maiti, learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that in this matter final adjudication order has already been passed on 14th July, 2021 and he submits that the final order will be communicated to the petitioner within a week from date if not already communicated. Considering the submission of the parties, I am of the view that no further order is needed to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA No. 11918 of 2020 is disposed of.
