Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the Additional Registrar of Assurances-I, Kolkata through a communication dated 17th September, 2024 mentioning that the deed of declaration submitted by the petitioners can be registered after generating necessary e-assessment slip.

The Additional Registrar of Assurances-I, Kolkata vide email being memo dated 16th September, 2024 requested the learned advocate for the petitioners to contact the office with all documents mentioned in the mail to enable generate necessary e-assessment slip for the purpose of registration of the deed of declaration. The Additional Registrar of Assurances-I, Kolkata is directed to take necessary steps in this regard.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Instruction forwarded by the Additional Registrar of Assurances-I, Kolkata dated 17th September, 2024 be retained with the records. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
