Petitioner complains that a representation for reconstruction of a loan is not being considered by the bank.

None appears for the respondents.

It appears from the record that the petitioner applied for reconstruction of a loan. The bank, however, invoked the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 by a notice dated November 24, 2020. The bank having invoked the provision of Act of 2002, interference by a Writ Court is not called for. Petitioner can approach the appropriate forum with regard to his grievances, if any.

W.P.A.9728 of is disposed of accordingly.
