The petitioner submits that in respect of her prayers dated 11th March, 2020 and 19th September, 2020 the Assistant Secretary, West Bengal Regional School Service Commission (W.R.), Bankura sent a letter dated 28th September, 2020 to the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, Kolkata. The petitioner's grievance is that no step has been taken or no reply has been sent to her in respect of the decision of the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Dr. Sutanu Patra, learned advocate for the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits

that this is a matter relating to Class IX and X in the secondary schools. This relates to First State Level Selection Test panel whereof published in the year 2017 and has expired on 12.12.2019. This writ application has been filed on 22.12.2020. Therefore, he cannot move this application as he has come to this court at a belated stage.

As of now I am not entering into the said question as because I dispose of this application by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, Kolkata, the respondent no.5 to consider the prayers dated 11th March, 2020 and 19th September, 2020 and pass a reasoned order, including the maintainability point as has been raised by the writ petitioner, within twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

No costs.
