The writ petition in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 shows reference of petitioner no.2 and 3, however, the writ petition has been filed by only one petitioner.

There is no petitioner no.2 and 3 in the writ application.

The writ petition being wholly defective cannot be taken up today. Liberty is given to the petitioner to rectify the defects of the writ petition and come back after vacation.

After this order is passed the petitioner wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file it afresh. Such liberty is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
