This is an application for restoration/recalling of the order dated 24th November, 2023 dismissing the writ petition for default.

Considering the explanation given in this application for non-appearance of learned advocate for the petitioners at the time of hearing of the writ petition, I find the same is satisfactory and accordingly this application being CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of by recalling the order dated 24th November. 2023 and the matter be restored to its original file and number.
