Petitioner seeks consideration and disposal of the representations dated July 13, 2020 and July 15, 2020. None appears for the State despite service.

In the facts of the present case, it appears that, the petitioner applied for information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and as also complained of certain irregularities as contained in the writing dated July 15, 2020. In such circumstances, interest of justice would be subserved by requiring the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation dated July 15, 2020, in accordance with law. The respondent no. 3 will afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The respondent no. 3 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such

documents that it deems necessary. The respondent no. 3 will communicate its reasoned order to the parties it had heard forthwith thereafter.

WPA No. 7140 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Petitioner undertakes to have the application and the writ petition stamped, punched, affirmed and filed immediately on resumption of the normal functioning of the Court is placed on record.
