From the report of the Stamp Reporter it appears that there are certain defects in the appeal. The appeal stood dismissed for default by order dated 13th April, 2023. Application for restoration has been filed on 9th June, 2023.

The application being CAN 4 of 2023 has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the application for restoration. Copy of the said application has not yet been served upon the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2. 3.

The application being CAN 5 of 2025 has been filed seeking stay of operation of the order passed by the Learned Trial Court on 3rd March, 2025. Copy of the said application has also not been served upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The appellant is directed to cure the defects prior to the next date of hearing.
