1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's prayer for consideration of his order of transfer on medical ground is pending consideration.

3. The petitioner was issued an order of transfer on 19th December, 2024 which has been acted upon by the petitioner and he has joined the transferred place of posting.

4. His prayer for reconsideration of the transfer, submitted on 20th December, 2024, is pending consideration.

5. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Block Development Officer, Dinhata-I Development Block to consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law after giving the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing to produce documents in support of his stand and thereafter pass a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a

period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
