Mr. Sanjay Chakraborty ...For the Petitioner Mr. Subir Kumar Saha Mr. Momenue Rahman ...For State Respondents This is an application under Article 226 of the akb Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in complying with the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this High Court on July 15, 2019. Accordingly, I direct the respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated July 25, 2017 and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from date. I make it clear that in the event, if the order is not passed within the stipulated period of time, the same would amount to deliberate violation of this order passed by this Hon'ble Court.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
