S case no. 289 of 2019 dated 21.10.2019 under sections 326/307/34 of the IPC And In Re : Bhakta Pandit ...... petitioner Mr. A Saha ...... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. B Banerjee ...... for the State Having considered the materials in the case disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim resulting in grievous injury and as he does not stand on the same footing with co-accused Sankar Biswas who has been granted prearrest bail, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
