Mr. Souvik Mitter Mr. Arkadeb Bhattacharya Mr. Sabir Ali ... ... for the petitioners Mr. Anowar Hossain Ms. Ratna Ghosh ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the alleged possession of narcotic substance, that is, 21 kg. 490 gms. ganja above commercial quantity which was being transported in a vehicle by the petitioners and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
