2. 129.12 kg Ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioners. Such contraband seized is a commercial quantity under the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. Petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

4. Prayer for bail of the petitioners stands rejected.

5. CRM (NDPS) 7 of 2026 is dismissed.
