The petitioner submits that pursuant to an order dated April 1, 2018, the petitioner surrendered before the learned Magistrate and has obtained bail. The present revisional application has therefore, become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the instant C.R.R.3 of 2019 be dismissed, being infructuous.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
