Yesterday CRM 73 of 2021 filed by the petitioner was listed before this court which now stands adjourned to February 9, 2021. A perusal of the paper-book in the present case shows that it is the same petition which has been numbered as CRM 14 of 2021. It was pointed out that it may be because of error that online filing of the same petition has been numbered twice. As a perusal of the paper-book shows that it is identical to CRM 73 of 2021.

As CRM 73 of 2021 is already pending for claiming the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner. No further separate order is required to be passed in the present petition.

CRM 14 of 2021 along with CRAN 1 of 2021 be treated as disposed of, accordingly.
