And In the matter of: Sukbahadur Limboo @ Joyai Kancha @ Sukbhardur Limboo .... petitioner Ms. Madhushri Dutta ... for the petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Mr. Kallol Nag ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the seizure list does not contain signatures of independent witnesses. However, a perusal of the case diary shows otherwise.

That apart, learned counsel for the petitioner also takes a technical objection with regard to the persons mentioned in Column 4 of the seizure list not tallying with the total number of signatories. However, since such objection is hyper technical, we are not inclined to accept the same.

Accordingly, we are refusing the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Hence, CRM (NDPS) 18 of 2023 is dismissed.
