3. It is submitted on behalf of the State respondent authorities that the services of the petitioners have all been regularized and the instant petition is not maintainable. The petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy before the State Administrative Tribunal which has been deliberately not availed of.

4. In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA/21/2025 stands dismissed for default.
