On February 09 2021, a coordinate Bench recorded the submission of Mr. Arpita Saha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that her client does not wish to proceed with this application for bail. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on February 10, 2021.
On February 10, 2021, nobody appeared for the petitioner as was recorded in the order of that date. The matter was again directed to be listed on the next date as a last chance.
On February 11, 2021, counsel for the petitioner submitted that she did not have instructions to appear in the matter. The matter was directed to go out of the list. Today again, nobody has appeared in support of the application for bail. Obviously the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter.
CRM 18 of 2021 is dismissed for default.
