Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record. Five petitioners have joined in filing the instant writ petition by putting in only one court fees.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to deposit the deficit court fees by 15th January, 2020. In default, the order passed herein shall be restricted in respect of the petitioner No.1 and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed in respect of the other.

Since the issue involved in the instant writ petition is similar to the one in W.P. 24115 (W) of 2019, the instant writ petition is disposed of on similar terms.

This writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 7 being the Child Development Project Officer, Dinhata-I ICDS Project and the respondent No. 8 being the Block Development Officer, Dinhata-I Block to take necessary steps for approval of the merit list which was prepared pursuant to the Recruitment Notice

dated 8th July 2010 at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, the names of the petitioners are appearing in the said approved merit list, necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the concerned respondents for issuance of appointment letter in their favour.

It is recorded that the deficit court fees have been paid in respect of all the petitioners vide receipt no. A1153 dated 15th January, 2020.
