The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition filed for grant of pre-arrest bail was wrongly numbered twice. The petitioner has already been granted relief by the Principal Bench of this Court in CRM 10321 of 2020. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition which has been wrongly numbered twice and the same is disposed of, accordingly.
