1. Having considered the averments made in the application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal, delay is condoned.

2. CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Appellants are the parents of one Ruddrakhya Ghosh who is the husband of respondent no.7/writ petitioner. He absconded and Hon'ble single judge on the prayer of respondent no.7/writ petitioner directed police issuance of look out notice against the absconding husband. This order is the subject matter of challenge at the behest of appellants who are his parents.

4. We are of the opinion appellants are not aggrieved by the impugned order which directs issuance of look out notice against their son and do not have locus to assail the same.

5. Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. It shall be open to the aggrieved person to take necessary steps in accordance with law, if so advised.
