Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh ...for NBSTC As directed vide order dated 2nd February, 2021, learned advocate for the respondent, NBSTC frankly submits that the petitioners are placed under the circumstances similar to the petitioners in W.P. 4419(W) of 2014 and W.P. 4420 (W) of 2014.
In the appeal from the order passed in the above mentioned two writ petitions it was directed by the Division Bench that the service of the applicants/petitioners shall not be disturbed until the writ petitions are disposed of finally.
Learned advocate for the respondents submits that if in the instant matter similar order is passed, the respondent has no objection. It is also submitted that the instant writ petition may be tagged with W.P. 4419(W) of 2014 and W.P. 4420 (W) of 2014.
In view of such submission, the respondents are temporarily restrained from disturbing the service of the petitioners till the disposal of the instant writ petition. The instant matter shall be taken up after
disposal of W.P. 4419(W) of 2014 and W.P. 4420 (W) of 2014 on the basis of the judgment to be delivered by the principal Bench, High Court at Calcutta.
