The charge is under Section 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

By an order dated August 23, 2021 passed in CRM 529 of 2021 the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench. There is no change of circumstances since then. In view of the above and more so in view of the restrictions in Section 37 of the 1985 Act, the prayer for bail stands rejected. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.
