It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the other co-accused standing on the same footing granted anticipatory bail passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. After consideration of the materials on record, it does not appear that the other co-accused person should have been granted anticipatory bail on a different footing that than the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local subject to the satisfaction of the of the arresting officer and the petitioner will meet the investigating

officer fortnightly to cooperate with the investigation till the charge sheet is filed. Petitioner will comply with the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sabyasachi Bhatttacharyya, J.) (Kausik Chanda, J.)
