In the first paragraph of this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner has stated that he did not file any application for anticipatory bail earlier before this Court. Learned advocate for the State has produced an order dated December 24, 2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM 1282 of 2021 rejecting the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner has resorted to falsehood. He has tried to mislead this Court.

We are not inclined even to consider his prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM (A) 12 of 2022 is dismissed.
