The reasoned order dated April 26, 2023 with regard to it is annexed to the report of compliance. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

I am afraid that in the contempt jurisdiction it will not be proper for this Court to enter into the legality and validity of the order dated April 26, 2023.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated April 26, 2023 in accordance with law before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
