Petitioners contend they are the mother and sister of the principal accused Om Yadav. Marriage between Om Yadav and the victim girl had been fixed. Due to circumstances beyond control marriage did not fructify. Victim committed suicide and petitioners have been falsely roped in. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer. 3.

We have considered the material on record including the statement of the mother of the deceased girl. In her statement the mother contended that the petitioners being the mother and sister of the prospective bride groom threatened her unless dowry would be paid, marriage would not be performed. Out of agony victim committed suicide. 4.

In light of the aforesaid incriminating materials against the petitioners we do not consider it prudent to grant anticipatory bail to them.
