This revisional application is directed against an order dated 11 December, 2024 refusing to pass an ad interim order in Misc appeal No. 63/2024. By an order dated 22 January, 2025, a Coordinate Bench had been pleased to direct status quo as regards possession nature and character of the suit property for a period of six weeks or until further orders whichever is earlier. Admittedly, the order dated 22 January, 2025 has not been extended. There is also no prayer on behalf of the applicant for extension of the same.

In view of the non-appearance of the applicant, CO/8/2025 stands dismissed for default.

The Trial Court is directed to proceed expeditiously in accordance with law.
