1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witness shows there was altercation between the petitioner and the victim, a minor girl. Thereafter, victim was taken to hospital in a case of poisoning.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
