1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.
2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He called the co-accused to commit murder. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused who have been enlarged on bail.
3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
